A yogurt flavor ice cream base for soft serve machine.
A range of stabilized powder bases. Requires only the addition of milk to get a soft creamy ice cream rich in taste.
BASE FROZEN YOGURT
Ingredients: sugar, skim milk powder, dextrose, yogurt powder, vegetable fibres. Acidifying agent: citric aid. Emulsifying agents: mono- and diglycerides of food fatty acids, propylene glycol esters of fatty acids. Thickening agents: carboxymethylcellulose, guar gum, xanthan gum. Flavours- May contain soy.
Dosage: 1 bag of Frozen Yogurt+ 4l of skim milk or: 1 bag of Frozen Yogurt+ 3l of skim milk + 1kg of fresh skim yogurt.
Perocess: cold
